I was going to use c.ai on my Chromebook, but my mom blocked it because "She wants me to be more social" and other dumb reasons. So I tried using fandom, brantsteele, discord, and others, but they're blocked because of their "category". my mom won't change her mind on disabling Securly and she thinks it's the right thing.

securly is terrible there was a lawsuit that it lost money for settling kids information (PERSONAL) and there was a huge contreversy and my admin (WHOS CRAZY) forced us to use this dumb bucket app I cant play pvz (even though I have the game installed) because they say its umm (I'm getting banned if I say it) so please delete my admin we need the CIA for this I have lost it tell me some comments D:<

I get it, you don't want us kids playing games, but come on! They are invading my privacy, blocking even educational websites.
Literally blocking (not like I'm watching this, but I tested) Play-Doh videos!!! I was just trying to let my sister watch something on my school Chromebook at home. Our teacher had to download a chess app that sucked because chess was blocked. How is chess inappropriate at all?
Are pawns sexual or something? Securely needs to get its mind out of the gutter. And it's not safe for kids.

It's awful! It can sell your data.
Not only that, but it violates a law that states that they cannot sell your data if you are under thirteen. Most of the people who have Securly installed on their computers are under thirteen. So basically, Securly is violating the law, meaning the founder could be pressed with serious charges if someone tried and had a good lawyer. Also, it has blocked numerous educational websites necessary for school use, and has blocked multiple suicide help/prevention centers.
End Securly. If I could give it a 0-star review, I would!

i am on my school account and almost everything is blocked. sometimes even educational websites can be blocked and it tracks everything connected to school wifi, texts, social media, even camera!
very unfair. they lie on their website about being certified for COPPA, but on iKeepSafe where they were certified, there is no COPPA certification.

Blocks lots of websites, even ones that I need for assignments/projects. It even blocked Google Camera for an assignment!
I hate this app. It is trash.
They block Wordle Unlimited and 2048 for my free time. They blocked Google Camera for my assignments. It blocked Quora when I needed to research for a poster/project.
It wouldn't let me in for researching nature, including my favorites: cats, kittens, marigold flowers, and many others. I agree to block Securly and that students should block it when they can.

Everyone that went to school can feel the pain of me, it serves no purpose you cannot go anywhere it does s not do what it says ,it says that it monitors search, and it will alert you but no i tested it with the self harm policy and nothing it deserves to be taken down if you go on to app store on school chrome it has 1000+ 1 star they should take it down and delete it they delete pointless stuff and good stuff but not this excuse of a app rant over.
